Please note: International Courier deliveries, when available, are most likely to attract customs inspection and charges, particularly in Europe and Canada.
International Courier cannot be sent to Canada, Germany or The Netherlands.

The lead-time is from receiving your payment to when it is despatched. It does vary according to demand and our inventory levels.

Customs duty and taxes

Imported goods in some countries may attract a duty or taxes. These charges are determined once the shipment lands in your country. The purchaser bears responsibility to pay any such charges. We cannot estimate what these charges may or may not be, please request this from your customs department for any rates and limits prior to placing an order. Then you’ll be the hottest babe on the beach!


Returns and exchanges

Policy

We have worked very hard to provide you with the best quality garments we can. We appreciate you choosing the best seductive swimwear in the world and making your sexy statement on the beach.
If you are unsatisfied, regardless of reason, with any part of your purchase, just return the items in new condition with tags attached. We will be happy to exchange or issue a refund.
Return items that have been worn will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to customer.
Australian customers have 14 days for Returns and exchanges, from date of despatch and International customers should be within 60 days. All items exchanged will be sent by registered post in Australia or airmail to international destinations.
Please allow 14 days for us to receive your return items and process your request for Australian customers and 30 days for International customers.
There will be no charge on first exchanges for outward shipping, but you must return the goods to us. Exchanges requested by courier will incur an extra charge of $ AUD 19.00 being the difference between airmail and courier charge to your destination. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
No customised items will be exchanged or refunded.

How to make a return or exchange

In order to speed things along please include a copy of the original invoice. Either that or hit us with your original order details such as order number, postal address, date of invoice and a contact email or phone. Don’t forget to highlight the exchanges or refunds you require.
We would highly recommend using a traceable method such as registered post. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to the return address.
If you want to add items to your exchange above the price of the original order, we will also need your credit card details. This is because we use a secure - real time third party card clearing service, Dialect Safepay, and we do not see your card details from the original sale.
Additional purchases are then billed through the Dialect Safepay EFTPOS system.
Refunds are processed through Dialect Safepay against the original order number.
If you would like us to send a replacement item quickly, please place an order via our website, noting in the comments that it is an exchange. The exchange item will be billed and sent immediately and your card will be credited for the exchange item when we receive it.
Include a correct working email address with all correspondence so we can contact you immediately if we need further information.
